BEE'S - vs. Beverly2...
1st half Maddie M was in goal and saved 3 shots. Great
offense in the 1st half by Brianne Joyce,
Alexis B, Maeve B. and Victoria D passing as well as
shots on Goal. Victoria and Lexy both scored a goal
each. Defense in the first half was excellent also
Gabriela G and Sloan held Beverly to only score 1 goal,
and the 1st half ended with a 2-1 game. In the 2nd half
Maeve Caldwell, Brianne Joyce, Olivia F, Elizabeth H
and Alicia K all passed amazingly well but it was
Hannah G who scored with a penalty kick in the 2nd half.
In goal in the 2nd half was Gabriela G who saved 3 shots
against Beverly, but the defense was very strong in the
2nd half Caitlyn M, Eliza H, Brianne J and Maddie M,
held our lead with there great defense and in the end we
won 3-1.-------------

1st half started with Caitlin Murray in the goal.
Offense was strong with a lot of set ups from
Sloane M, Victoria Dolan and Alexis B resulting in 2
goals in the 1st half one by Alexis B another
by Victoria D. Great shot attempts were also made by
Maeve C and Maeve B. Defense held us in the first
half with saves by Gabriela G with 2 saves, Alexis B
with 1 and Maddie M with another big save. Then
First half ended with 2-0 lead by Marblehead.
The 2nd half started with Alicia Katz in goal with 2
amazing saves. Offense again did very well with
goals by Maeve C 1, Victoria D 1 and Maeve B
2. Offense helped them achieve that with shots and
passes by Brianne J, Hannah G, Gabriela G and
Maddie M. Defense in the end held us to a shut out
with saves by Olivia Fi 2 and Hannah G2. The final
score was Marblehead 6 and Swampscott 0.

U-10 Marblehead Killer
Bee's Win Against Beverly 3-2
Marblehead's U-10 girls indoor team, the Killer
Bee's won an exciting and closely fought game
against Beverly on December 13th 3-2. Beverly
scored early in the game, but the offensive team
of Maeve B. and Maeve C. passed the ball to Lexi
B. who came back with Marblehead's first goal
tying the score. Olivia F. was steadfast in goal
in the first half, with a number of saves on
Beverly's shots. Ryan D. showed terrific
determination in taking the ball on defense and
bringing up the field to set up the offensive
players throughout the game. Gabriella G.,
Breanne J. and Eliza H. kicked a number of
strategic clears on defense in the first half to
keep the score 2-1 at the half.
In the second half, Alicia K. and Olivia F.
both showed determination and skillful passing
to set up the first goal of the second half on a
shot by Victoria D.. The offense did not stop
there with many drives down field and attempted
goals by a number of players including Lexi B.,
Ryan D. and Breanne J.. On of those attempts did
get past the goalie on another shot by Victoria
D. and the team led 3-1. Maddie M. made several
diving saves as goalie and with the help of
Sloane M. and Hannah G. kept the goal safe for
most of the second half. Beverly did come back,
however, to score one goal late in the second
half. The Killer Bee's knew they needed to bring
it up a notch to win. They all showed great
teamwork and determination to do just that at
the end of the game the score remained 3-2 for
the win!
